Arthur causes the first season victims for the North Atlantic

Reports coming from Belize indicate that Arthur strongly affected the country. Unexpected floods caused the death of 4 persons and the disappearance of 2 others. The rains coming from Arthur caused rivers floods much more than during the devastator hurricane Mitch in 1998.
