Disney’s High School Musical

Disney’s High School Musical, the Ice Tour, will be in Santo Domingo at the Palacio de los Deportes arena of the Juan Pablo Duarte Olympic Center to delight young crowds in mid June.

The Ice Tour is one and only live fusion of songs, dance and team-spirited fun inspired by the smash hit Disney Channel Original Movie High School Musical and this summer’s highly anticipated High School Musical 2. The show stars a cast of world-class skaters that rock the house.

Tickets will be RD $400- RD $2,500. The event is promoted in the DR by Conciertos Saymon Diaz.

The “1980 Merengue golden years” in the Jaragua Hotel

The 1980 Merengue golden years (Los años dorados del merengue de los 80) arrives to Santo-Domingo in a unique show: Thursday July 24th, in the Jaragua Hotel.

This reunion with the 80’ merengue will get together the principal artists that performed this memorable Dominican music phase: Aramis Camilo (La Organización Secreta), Angelito Villalona, Fausto Rey, Sandy Reyes, Benny Sadel, Feni Ortiz, Henry García (La Gran Manzana), Chucky Acosta (Conjunto Quisqueya), Ramón Orlando, Charlie Rodríguez (Dionix Fernández & El Equipo), Richie Cepeda, and as a special guest, Johnny Ventura.

A great night for those that wish to relive, dance and sing one more time the 80’ merengue.

Alberto Cortez…in a show for the Father’s Day in the Jaragua hotel

The Argentine singer Alberto Cortez comes back to Dominican Republic in a unique concert for Santo Domingo. In this ocasion, the creator of the song Mi árbol y yo will sing for the fathers for their day.

Alberto Cortez can count on a faithful audience and will sing his best songs: Cuando un amigo se va, Callejero, Mi árbol y yo, Que maravilla Goyo, Juan Golondrina, El vagabundo, y también No soy de aquí ni soy de allá.

He is one of the greatest author nowadays, thanks to his creations’ quality, all intense and very poetic.

Anthony Santos in La Terminal

The Dominican singer, musician and composer Anthony Santos, will perform a great dancing concert in La Terminal in the España Avenue, on the next Saturday July 26th from 8:30pm.

Where is the Terminal ? In the España Avenue, in Santo Domingo East, between the Aquarium and before the Las Americas Avenue.
